As long as you are in the Check Worksheet dialog, you can continue
to change worksheets or change student names. Click OK to save the
data for each student. When you are done checking worksheets, click
Cancel.
Once you have checked worksheets for a student you can view and use the student data. Once you have saved data for several students, you can view and manage data at a class level.
