When you check a worksheet, the results are saved in the file of
the student who is selected.
To select a student for whom you want to check worksheets, do one
of the following:
- While viewing the class list, click on a student's name to
select that student. (Choose Class Status from the View menu to
see a class list).
- From any window, you can use the currently selected student.
(If you are looking at a student's information, and not looking at
the class list, that is the student that is selected when you
choose to Check Worksheet).
- In the Check Worksheet dialog box click the Select Student
button. The Select Student box opens with the current class list.
Select a student's name and click OK. You can use this each time
you want to change to a different student while you are still
checking worksheets. (If you check a worksheet for a student, that
will be the selected student in other program views.)
