Navigating the Tool Bar

The toolbar shows across the top of the screen. The buttons of the toolbar are shortcuts to menu items. Each icon corresponds to a menu choice. For example, you can change from the Class Profile view back to the Class Status view by clicking the Class Status button on the toolbar. The Previous View button (left arrow) and the Next View button (right arrow) are useful for going back and forth between views. Check or uncheck tool bar in the View menu to show or hide the tool bar.
