Class Manager helps you record, manage, and report, student level data to track students' progress through the skill levels. You can view, or print, the student level data in several ways.

As described in a previous section (see Class Status View), the class status view shows each student's status in the context of the rest of the class. While viewing the class status, you can click any box next to a student's name and get a definition of the skill level showing an example problem, and a statement of the history of how the student has done with problems at that skill level.

To manage individual student data, you must first choose a student. Choose Class Status from the View menu, and click a student name to highlight it. This is now the selected student for whom you can view data. To change to a different student, click a different student name on the class list at the Class Status view.

Once you have selected a student, you can view:

  • Student History -to determine the current status of each individual student and look at a record of all the worksheets a student has completed
  • Student Progress &endash;to identify what skill levels were achieved through time and view charts of progress through skill levels
