Where are the files saved?
By default, the class list files and student files are saved in My Documents. You can choose to save the files in a different location. The most important thing to remember is that student files must be in the same folder as the class list file to which they belong. For a more comprehensive discussion of the types of files and where to save them, see "File Handling". How should I name the files? Name the files in such a way that it makes sense to you. You may want to decide on a naming and saving scheme before you start making class lists. Name the class lists in an easy way to distinguish between classes. Student files are automatically named with the name of the student that you add to the list. If you have more than one student with the same name, determine a way to give a distinctly different name when adding the names to the class list(s). See How to Manage Files for more details.
