Number of Problems on a Decimal Worksheet

You can define as many as 50 arithmetic problems on each decimal worksheet. As you add problems to the decimal worksheet the problem appears at the bottom of the worksheet. In the automatic and manual worksheet modes the control panel shows counts to help you know how many problems to add to the worksheet. The number increases in the line You have # problems. The number decreases in the line You can add # problems . If you choose too many problems a warning message appears. Then you can reduce the number of problems for any of the skill levels so that you do not exceed 50.

Number of Problems on Each Page of a Decimal Worksheet

By default the Decimal Worksheet Generator prints 12 problems on each page. You can change the number on each page by changing the number of problems in a row and the number of rows on each page of the worksheet at the View menu. You also affect the placement and number of problems on each worksheet page by choosing horizontal or vertical display and changing the font size. You can change the default settings for the numbers of problems and rows in the Edit Preferences dialog box.
