How to Get a File

Get your file each time you start the program. Once you have a file saved in your name, you can choose Returning Student when you start the program. A box appears that shows a list of the files of existing students. Click the name of your file, then click Open (or double-click the name of your file).

To get your file once you have started the program, pull down the File menu from the menu bar. Choose Open. Choose your name from the list of names. When you return to the main window it has your name on the top.

To change to a different person, when the main window of Math Skill Builders is showing, pull down the File menu from the menu bar. If the new student already has a file, choose Open from the File menu, and select the name. If the new person does not have a file, first choose New Student from the File menu. Then choose Save As from the File menu to save a file.
