Getting Started in
Math Skill Builders: Whole Number Arithmetic

To start the program, open the Math Skill Builders folder. Double-click the MSB icon on your hard drive. The startup screen appears. When it goes away, a box appears that lets you choose New Student or Returning Student. If you have not ever used this program, and want to save a file in your name, click New Student then type your name. If you already have a file saved in your name, click Returning Student. Then choose your name.

If you have saved a file in your name, you can also start the program by getting a file from the desktop. Open the Math Skill Builders folder. Select the name of your file. This starts the program with your file.

After you choose or type your name, the main window appears. This window is the control for the rest of the program. You can choose activities to do in the operations, or make choices at the menu bar.
