Download and run the installation program, which will create a folder named 'Class Manager'.(see Download Help).

Class Manager may be installed any convenient place on your computer. Simply drag the Class Manager folder and drop it where you want. The top level of your hard drive, or in the Program Files folder would be likely places. You can create a shortcut to the program and place it on the desktop for convenience.

The Worksheet Generators should be installed in the Class Manager folder. Drag each Worksheet Generator folder and drop in the Class Manager folder.

Class Manager will check and record worksheets generated by older versions of the Worksheet Generators, but some functions of the Class Manager program require newer versions of the generators, which are aware of the Class Manager program. Minimum versions for complete Class Manager compatibility are:

• Whole Number Worksheet Generator: Version 2.1 (August 20, 2005)
• Decimal Worksheet Generator: Version 2.1 (August 20, 2005)
• Fraction Worksheet Generator: Version 1.1 (August 20, 2005)

The new versions of the Worksheet Generators are available for download at the above links. If you are a registered user, install the new programs over the old programs. Your registration key will work for the new versions.

If you have the new versions of the Worksheet Generators installed correctly, you will have these options available in the Class Manager program:

• Choose Generators from the menu bar to open the selected worksheet generator.
• Choose Create Worksheets from the file menu to select a generator to create sets of worksheets automatically

• Exit the Class Manager
• Navigate to the generator on your computer
• Double click the program icon to run the program
• Quit running the generator program
• Start the Class Manager program
