Download the file: Click on the words 'download now!'. The 'Save As' dialog box appears. Notice where the file is being saved, as well as the filename, InstallCM.exe (you need to find it again to unzip it). The 'Save In' window at the top of the dialog box shows where you are saving the file. You can change the location by navigating with the buttons in the upper right portion of the dialog box. The top level of your C: drive is a good place to put the file. When you click the 'Save' button, the 'Saving Location' dialog box appears. This dialog shows the status of the download. (If you didn't notice where you are putting the file, you can see that in this dialog box, too.) When the file is finished saving, you are done online, so you can get off the phone if you like.

Unzip the file: From your desktop, navigate to the file named InstallCM.exe and double click on the file. Follow the directions that appear in the dialog boxes. The self extractor will give you the chance to notice, or change where the file is saved. (The default location is a folder named 'CountMoney' in the same drive/folder that the zipped file was in.) When the file is finished unzipping, find and open the folder. There is brief documentation in the file 'ReadMe.doc'. Run the program: Double click the 'CountMoney.exe' icon that is in the 'CountMoney' folder.
