Download the installer file:
Click the words 'Download Now' on the product download page. Depending on your computer system the 'File Download' dialog or the 'File Download-Security Warning' dialog box appears. Choose 'Save' to save the installer to run later. Choose 'Open' or 'Run' to run the installer program immediately.

Save the installer:
If you chose to 'Save' the installer in the previous step, the 'Save As' dialog box appears. You will see that you are saving a file named 'install***.msi' (where *** is the name of the program you want to install). The file will save as file type 'Windows Installer Package'. Notice where the file is being saved, as well as the filename (you need to find it again to run the installer). The 'Save In' window at the top of the dialog box shows where you are saving the file. Click 'Save'.

When you click the 'Save' button, the 'Saving Location' dialog box appears. This dialog shows the status of the download. (If you didn't notice where you are putting the file, you can see that in this dialog box, too.) When the download is complete, click the 'Run' (or 'Open') button if you want to install the program immediately. Or, locate the Install***.msi program icon, and click it to run the installer program at any time.

Install the program:
When you run the installer program you may get warnings during the installation process that indicate 'unknown publisher', depending on your security settings. Since you know that the publisher is S&S Software, and you know that you want the program installed, and that the files will be stored in Program Files, choose to run or continue the installation process. The installer Setup Wizard appears to guide you through the setup process. Click 'Next' to proceed. At the 'Select Installation Folder' dialog, we recommend that you leave the default folder (Program Files\S&S Software\programname) as chosen. You may also select to install the program for users with different logins ('Everyone'), or choose 'Just Me'. Click 'Next' to continue. At the 'Confirm Installation' dialog, click 'Next' to start the installation. The installation process will start. If your security system displays a warning saying 'unidentified program wants to access your computer', select 'Allow' (you know the identification of the program, even if your computer does not recognize it). After the installer installs the program, the notice 'Installation Complete' appears. Close the window.

Run the program:
Click the program shortcut on your desktop, or navigate to the program by selecting Start->All Programs->Math Skill Builders-> Program Name.
